Dyspareunia is a generalized term to describe pain with intercourse and can be related to vaginismus (as discussed in a previous video)    • It's Not TMI: What is Vaginismus? (Ep...   or vulvodynia & vestibulodynia (episodes 30 & 31) OR related to reasons unknown.

Symptoms include:
-Pain with penetration and insertion
-Burning and or aching pain
-Pain post-intercourse.

Management and Treatment:
-See your primary healthcare provider to rule-out infection or inflammation
-Connect with your Pelvic Floor
-See a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist
-Try a Lubricant (unscented and organic)
