Written application addressed to the Municipal Agrarian Reform Office (MARO)
• Deed or instrument to be registered.( Original Title
• Certified true copy of TCT or OCT and Tax Declaration (TD) (Registry of Deeds)
• Affidavit of Transferor - to be filled up/signed by the Vendor/Donor.

Affidavit of Transferee – to be filled up /signed by the Vendee/Donnee
Affidavit of the transferee that he/she and spouse have a total landholding inclusive of the land to be acquired of not more than five (5) hectares if he/she is a non-beneficiary of Agrarian reform and three (3) hectares if beneficiary Agraraian reform beneficiary.
Affidavit of non tenancy

Certificate of Aggregate landholdings of the Seller/ Donor and Buyer / Donee
