Paano magpatitulo ng agricultural lot/land?

Below are the requirements needed to secured DAR Clearance

1.Look for the MARPO office and ask for Investigation Report to be submitted at DAR officr
2. Make a written request address to DAR Head
3. Along with the request attached the following
A. Affidavit of the transferee that his/her total landholding inclusive of the land to be acquired is not more than 5 hectares is he/she is not an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary ( this affidavit includes the spouse)
B. Affidavit of the transferor stating that total agricultural landholdings and that the land subject of the instrument is part of the Retention Area (include spouse)
C. Affidavit of Non-tenancy
D. certified true copy of title
E. Owners duplicate copy of title
F. certified true copy of tax declaration
G. city assessors certificate of the total aggregate landholdings both of the transferor and the transferee including their spouse
H. Sketch map or approved plan
