红烧肉 Red Braised Pork
材料: Ingredients:
700克 三层肉/ 五花肉 - 700g Pork Belly
少许 葱 - dash of green onion
少许 生姜 - dash of ginger
少许料酒 - dash of seasoning wine
一条桂皮 - 1 Cinnamon
2朵 八角 - 2 star anise (bunga lawang)
2片 月桂葉/香叶 - 2 Bay Leaf
半茶匙五香粉 - ½ tsp five spice powder
10粒 蒜米 - 10 pcs garlic
少许冰糖 - dash of rock sugar
少许油 - dash of Oil
1½ 杯 温水 - 1½ Cup Warm water
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce

姜蓉蒸鱼 - Steamed Fish With Ginger Paste
材料 : Ingredients :
600g 宝石鱼 - 600g jade perch
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white peppe
1~ 2 汤匙绍兴酒 - 1~ 2 tbsp seasoning wine
1 根葱 - 1 green onion
70克 姜末 - 70g minced ginger
2~ 3 汤匙 蒜末 - 2~ 3 tbsp minced garlic
3~ 4条 小辣椒 - 3~ 4 bird's eye chili (chili padi)
5 汤匙油 - 5 tbsp Oil
大火蒸煮7分钟 - Steam for 7 minutes on high heat
