In this 25 Minute Pilates Workout we are going to work to have a little fun and play with a lot of different Pilates Exercises that incorporates circles. The advantage to doing this is we get to not only strengthen and stretch the body but bring a greater awareness into relaxing. I always say we want it all in Pilates!

This full body Pilates workout in under 30 minutes will give you some unique twists on classic Pilates exercises that we typically perform the on equipment but are also very effective on the Pilates mat.

I would consider this another Intermediate Pilates Workout and don’t let the first minute and a half fool you. We will start the Pilates class with releasing and relaxing tension in our neck, shoulders and hips (all common areas that overwork) so that we are prepared to engage the abs for the Pilates Hundred exercise and not these other areas of the body.

We will progress from there with more Pilates Exercises to stretch the chest, engage the abs, open the shoulders, rotate the spine, engage the legs… the list can go on. What can I say, it is a super fun twist on a Pilates mat class for days that you need to move with Pilates and are looking for something a little different but still want the best Pilates Workout.

Come to the mat as you are, workout at the appropriate level, feel successful, repeat, repeat, repeat… and you will make progress.
