In today's episode I demonstrate a "cheater's" version of my famous Barefoot Salad Dressing from The Secrets To Ultimate Weight Loss. The original recipe can be found on page 205.
Here is the "cheater's" version which is free of nutritional yeast.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup reduced balsamic vinegar (with 4% acidity)
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup Westbrae salt-free mustard
2 cloves peeled garlic
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
