On Day 30 of the OER Base challenge we’re saying goodbye to rounded shoulders & are getting rid of that lower back over-arch. 😎 Here’s a routine that helps mobilise & strengthen all the right areas.

Just a reminder that there’s generally no „perfect“ posture and that arching & rounding your back (even under load, controlled) is not necessarily a bad thing - your spine is designed to move!
