Chocolate Drink Concentrate

It is winter now in Southern hemisphere. It’s always handy to be able to quickly whip up something warm and comforting like these chocolate drinks, anytime of the day, every day if you wish.

Here is the recipe! This chocolate concentrate is so easy to make and it keeps well in the fridge. You can make hot or cold chocolate drinks, choice is yours.

The key is to use cacao powder, rather than cocoa powder, and high quality dark chocolate. Why? Watch the video to find out. ;-)

Using a milk frother is highly recommended. It makes the drink creamier.

In this video I also show you how to create other flavour using the concentrate, such as earl grey, peanut butter or simply chocolate.
Other flavour ideas are mint, ginger, or mix with coffee to make mocha.

50g brown sugar/30g honey/70g maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
