Lilva Ki Sabji

Ingredients :
1+1/2 Cup - Papdi Dana
Take Pan n add Water ,Boil Properly then add
Papdi Dana
Pinch - Turmeric Powder
Pinch - Cooking Soda
Cook in High Flame till Soften or 8-10 min ,Strain it n Immediately Put into Chilled Water for Maintain Green Colour

Green Paste :
Take a Mixie and add
1/4 Cup - Green Garlic White Part
3 inch - Coconut Chunks
1/2 tbsp - Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp - Peanuts
3 inch - Ginger
2 inch - Fresh Turmeric
5 no - Green Chillies
1 Cup - Corainder Chopped
5-6 pc - Spinach Leaves Parboiled
Grind Corasly
3 tbsp - Chilled Water
Grind it

Tadka :
Take Kadhai
3 tbsp - Oil
1/2 tsp - Carom Seeds
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida ( Hing )
2 no - Dry Red Chillies
Above Grinded Paste and Mix Properly
1/2 tsp - Sauf Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Corainder Cumin Powder
1/4 Cup - Green Garlic Chopped ( Green Part )
1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
Cook till Oil Seperates
then add Boiled Papdi dana and Mix Everything then add
1/4 Cup - Water
Salt to taste
and Cook Properly
Garnish With Coriander Leaves Chopped n Green Garlic Chopped .
Serve Hot..
