Khichu

Ingredients :

Take a Mixie Jar add
4-5 no - Green Chilli
2 inch - Ginger Piece
2 tsp - Salt
1/2 no - Lemon Juice
1 tsp - Peanut Oil
Grind Like a Coarse

Take a Sauce Pan and add
3 Cup - Water
Boil the Water and add
1/2 tsp - Carom Seeds ( Ajwain )
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
1 tsp to 1 tbsp - Green Chilli Ginger Paste ( Prepared )
1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
Let Boil and 7-8 Min boil in Slow Flame ir Colour Change then add
1/4 tsp - Cooking Soda
Boil and then add
1+1/2 Cup - Rice Flour ( Slowly add )
Mix With Rolling Pin ,Mix Properly n Lump Free

Take a Steamer and Put Plate ,Grease with Peanut Oil and then add above mixture in the plate
Steam for 10-12 Min

Serve in a Plate and Sprinkle Pickle Masala , Raw Peanut Oil n Sprinkle Some Sesame Seeds
