Surti Kadhi

Ingredients

Kadhi Masala :
200 gm - Corainder Leaves Chopped
200 gm - Green Garlic Chopped
50 gm - Fresh White Haldi Chopped

Take a Mixer Jar and add above
Fresh Garlic Chopped , Corainder Chopped ,
1/2 Cup - Curry Leaves
1/2 Cup - Tuver Dana ( Fresh Piegon Pea Seeds )
1/2 Cup - Green Chillies
1/2 Cup - Fresh Haldi
1/2 Cup - Ginger
1/4 Cup - Salt
1/2 No - Lemon Juice
Make a Coarse Paste and Store in Airtight Container

Note - We Can Keep this Paste in Freezer for 1 Year and in Fridge 1 Week

Surti Kadhi
Take a Oan and add
1+1/2 Cup - Curd
2 tbsp - Besan
2 Cup - Water
Mix and Blend Properly
Cook for 3-4 Min and then add
Salt to taste
1+1/2 tbsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
Boil Properly

Tadka
1+1/2 tbsp - Ghee
1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
6-7 no - Clove
1 no - Cinnamon Stick
1/2 Tsp - Fenugreek Seeds Dried
10-15 no - Curry Leaves
2 no - Whole Red Chillies Dried
1/4 tsp - Hing ( Asafoetida )
Add this tadka above the Kadhi
add
1/2 Cup - Tuver Dana ( Fresh Piegon Pea Seeds ) Boiled with Pinch Cooking Soda )

Lastly add
2 tsp - Kadhi Masala ( Above Prepared )
Sprinkle
1 tsp - Fresh Garlic Chopped
and Serve
