C/w Nana: How to Cook Unsoaked Sticky Rice (ໜຶ້ງເຂົ້າສານ == Neung Khao Sahn)

Описание к видео C/w Nana: How to Cook Unsoaked Sticky Rice (ໜຶ້ງເຂົ້າສານ == Neung Khao Sahn)

ໜຶ້ງ (neung) means to steam. ເຂົ້າສານ (khao sahn) is uncooked rice. In this video, I show how to cook sticky rice without soaking the rice in water first. Usually, sticky rice is soaked in water for several hours or overnight. Using this method, the cooked rice stays soft longer and saves time from not having to soak the rice.

Note that I'm using sticky rice (also known as sweet rice or glutinous rice), not jasmine rice.
