Inflatable Penile Implant Review at 3 Years Post-op Phalloplasty

At 3 years post-op from having the erectile implant pump device fitted, as the final stage of my transgender RFF phalloplasty surgery. I update about how I am getting used to having an implant and gaining confidence using the erectile device on my own and during intimacy. I also talk about concerns with the lifespan of the erectile device, and worries about the waiting lists at St Peters' Andrology clinic here in the UK who perform phalloplasty, when it comes to needing the erectile implant device fixed or replaced.
