Ingredients for Kadambam :-

Rice 1cup
Toor dal 3/4cup
Water 4 cups
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
4 whistles on high flame

For vegetables:-

Pumpkin peaces 6
Bottle gourd peaces 10
Small carrot 1
Medium size tomato 1
Sweet potato peaces 6
Bringal 1
Lady's finger 3
Required water
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Tamarind juice to taste
Jaggery 1spn
Red chilli powder
Sambar powder 1spn

Note :- Apart from these , you can add any vegetables you like
( Except onion, garlic)

For Tempering:-

Cumin seeds 1/2spn
Mustard seeds 1/2spn
Dry chillies 4
Curry leaves
Hing
Ghee 1spn
Oil
