✨ Here’s the recipe -

1️⃣ Start with a homemade *lasan chutney* by grinding 1 tsp jeera, 5-6 garlic cloves, 1.5 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, and salt in a mortar. Keep it aside!

2️⃣ Mix 1.5 cups of thick curd with 1 cup of water to create that delicious buttermilk.

3️⃣ In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp rai, 1 tbs sesame seeds, 1 tsp finely chopped ginger, and the chutney. Cook everything up beautifully!

4️⃣ Toss in 3-4 finely chopped green onion whites, salt, and 2 chopped tomatoes. Now, for the spices: add 1/2 tsp haldi, 2 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, and 1/2 tsp hing. Let it cook!

5️⃣ Pour in the prepared buttermilk and bring it to a boil.

6️⃣ Finally, add 2 broken Bajra Rotla and mix well. Garnish with onion greens and fresh coriander. Voilà! 🍽️
