This video contains two recent matches I had with the Nu Gundam Mass Production Type (Fin Funnels) on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 600 cost support with excellent stun accumulation, great mid-range DPS, access to Resist Move, access to a fin funnel barrier, good mobility alongside funnels with absurd DPS. Its weaknesses include having relatively low HP for a suit of its size alongside having limited options outside of 300m range. This suit feels really broken to me, it doesn't even feel like I am playing a support, more like a general with type advantage against other generals. I hope that you enjoy watching!
Its primary weapon is a beam rifle with 600x4 (2800) power, 13%x4 (90%) heat, 0.8 seconds cooldown, 18 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time, 300m (350m) range, 3 seconds focus time and 20%x4 (80%) stagger value. This is basically the 700 cost Nu Gundam beam rifle but with less damage. It is an excellent DPS and stagger accumulation tool as long as your aim is good.
Its primary melee weapon is a beam saber with 2300 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time and 75%x2 downswing modifier. This shares the same moveset as the Nu Gundam except for the downswing, which is a slower version of the MP ZZ Gundam downswing.
Its first sub weapon is a vulcan gun with 65x2 power, 60 ammo, 450 RPM, 15 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 175m range, 976 DPS and 3%x2 stagger value. This has solid performance with good DPS and the ability to stun in just under 2.3 seconds. It pairs well with your spray gun, beam rifle or funnels.
Its second sub weapon is a bazooka with 2300 power, 5 ammo, 6 seconds cooldown, 18 seconds reload, 1.77 seconds swap time, 300m range and 40% stagger value. This has similar performance to the pre-buff Nu Gundam bazooka, albeit with longer reload time, less damage and less stagger value. It's the best combo starter overall.
Its third sub weapon is a set of fin funnels with 250x6x3 power, 30%x3 heat, 22 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time, 300m range, 2%x6x3 stagger value and 0.7 seconds lock time. These don't have much stagger accumulation, but they have very high damage and finish firing extremely quickly when compared with other funnels. They are very accurate in open areas but are easily foiled by cover.
Its fourth sub weapon is a fin funnel barrier with 100% heat, 40 seconds overheat and 0.77 seconds swap time. This has 3000 HP and lasts for 10 seconds. Apart from the long overheat time, it works exactly the same way as it does on the Nu Gundam, blocking all ranged attacks until broken or it expires. This is very versatile, being a good tool to use when you need to retreat, or even as a way to push generals and win 1v1s for free.
Its fifth sub weapon is an arm beam spray gun with 650 power, 30% heat, 150 RPM, 15 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 250m range and 35% stagger value. This isn't really that powerful on its own, it is best treated as an alternate version of your beam rifle burst. It is excellent for using after your beam rifle burst for extra DPS and stun accumulation. Otherwise it can stagger in 1.2 seconds on its own.
The MP Nu Gundam FF has 19000 HP, 24 ballistic/beam resist and 18 melee resist. This isn't amazing durability but your barrier and overall good self defence more than makes up for it. You have LV1 Resist Move as a defensive skill.
In terms of mobility it has 130 walk speed, 200 boost speed, 70 thrust and 69 turning speed. It is quite fast for a support, it is nearly as fast as a general. You also have LV1 Forced Injector and LV2 Flight Control for mobility related skills. Though this gets even better at 30% HP once Psychoframe Resonance activates, which adds +10 walking/boosting speed, -25% thrust consumption, +25 turning speed and -50% funnel lock time. This makes you incredibly slippery and hard to catch while also making your funnels lock on very quickly.
In conclusion, I feel like the MP Nu Gundam FF is a little broken. Its actual offensive kit is top class, albeit short ranged. It can easily nuke generals if your aim is good enough and if you can swap through all of its weapons as needed. Where it gets excessive is the fact that it has both Resist Move and a fin funnel barrier. Resist Move is functionally the same as a regular dodge roll, especially since latency often means that using it to avoid taking damage is unreliable. The funnel barrier blocking stuns is just another thing on top. A kit that is great at accumulating stagger, great mobility, resist move and a barrier, it is practically a general. If you like the other Nu Gundam variants (except HWS) then you will probably love this suit, I can highly recommend it. Thanks for watching, and I hope that you enjoyed it!
