In this video, I'll first guide you through two different ways to prepare your green beans for canning. We'll start with the method outlined in the book, but I'll also highlight a couple of issues I've encountered with this approach. Then, I'll introduce you to my own technique, which addresses those problems for a smoother canning experience.

After prepping the green beans, we'll move on to the canning process in the Nesco Canner. I'll walk you through each step to ensure your green beans turn out perfectly preserved and delicious.

Finally, I'll share my family's reaction to the taste of these home-canned lemon garlic green beans. Spoiler: my husband's response surprised me!
