這個病非常普遍,因為太多低頭族,常常用手機令到頸骨第六、七及第一節胸椎骨出現移位,壓住他們的神經線。結構上,這幾節脊骨是在頸的低部近肩膊。他們很容易出現椎間盤突出,導致頸椎根病變而產生手及手指麻痹。如果我們常常向前傾,用手機就會令到頸骨過直,神經線便更容易受壓了。

In this video, Dr. Joe talked about 5 effective exercises for C6, C7 and C8 nerve impingement. Symptoms include numbness in the hand and fingers, wrist pain, finger pain, and weakness in the grip. How did it happen? Usually from poor posture and bad working habits, previous sports injuries, lead to misalignment of the C5-6, C6-7, and C7-T1 vertebral joints. These joints are very prone to disc herniation leading to cervical radiculopathy.

Dr. Joe demonstrated 5 effective exercises for C6, C7, and C8 nerve impingement. Remember, if during or after doing the exercises, you feel more pain and discomfort, please consult a doctor for further professional treatments.
