In this video, Dr. Joe talked about neck pain, shoulder pain, and numbness in the hands. These are developed because of the loss of the neck’s lordotic curve. In severe cases, it can cause spinal stenosis and weakness in the limbs. Dr. Joe will demonstrate the 5 best exercises for correcting the curve of the neck.
