SLOW COOKER MAC & CHEESE & A BIRTHDAY!

Hey family!!!! In today's video it's Sissy's birthday and we're celebrating with her birthday dinner and dessert! She picked steak and macaroni and cheese so I added some green beans, baked potatoes, and rolls! For dessert there's chocolate cake and chocolate homemade ice cream!

Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese:
16 oz Elbow Macaroni
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 & 1/2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup butter melted (1/2 a stick)
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs beaten
20 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese (I like to mix sharp and medium cheddar) You can also use more cheese if you like it extra cheesy! 🧀

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Then mix all ingredients in slow cooker except for 1/2 a cup of the cheese. Once all ingredients are stirred together add the remaining cheese on top. Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours.
