Chicken Buns || Stuffed Creamy chicken Buns || Homemade Buns Recipe - RKC
Creamy Chicken Buns are perfect for snacks or lunch box. You can do this with any filling of your choice. Here I am doing With creamy chicken filling. For vegetarians make the vegetable filling and do the same.

Ingredients
For Dough
All-purpose flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Instant yeast 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Luke Warm Milk 1/2 Cup
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Egg 1, beaten
Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top

For Filling
Shredded chicken 2 cups
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
2-3 green chili, chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste
3 tbsp all purpose flour
11/2 cup milk
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup

Preparation
1. For Dough: In a bowl mix luke warm milk and yeast and sugar, let it sit 10 minutes or until yeast proofs.
2. Add salt,oil, beaten egg, milk, all purpose flour and mix well with a stand mixer if u have, kneed until smooth dough. Add few drops of oil. Cover the dough with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for 2 hours or until double in size.
3. For filling: Heat a pan with oil, Add chopped onions and sauté, add ginger garlic paste and green chilies, stir and saute until onions are translucent. Add in chopped capsicum and sauté for 2 min. Add all spice powder and salt to taste. Saute for 1 minute. Add in shredded chicken and mix it well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes together.
4. Add 3 tbsp all purpose flour and let it cook for 2 min. Add 11/2 cups of milk and mix it well.
5. Let it cook until mixture thickens. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves. Add mozzarella cheese and mix it well once it gets cold.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
7. Split the dough into 8 balls and then roll with a rolling pin.
8. In the center of the dough,add chicken filling, press and seal all edges.
9. Sprinkle little flour and place prepared buns. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
10. Place those buns on a perchment lined paper and brush the buns with egg wash/milk wash prior to baking and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
11. Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until light brown.
