Ingredients I used...
Kashmiri 3 big Radish
Collard greens whole approx half kg
Chicken 1 and a half kg
Few tomatoes
2 onions
Few garlic pieces 10 to 12
Few shallot pieces
Mustard oil as required
Spices ...Fenugreek dry powder 1 table spoon,1 and a half table spoon turmeric powder ,2 table spoon fennel powder, 3 table spoons Red chilly powder, 1 table spoon coriander powder, half table spoon gharam masala powder, 6 green cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, salt as per taste
Water as required
