A traditional South African dish a potjiekos, literally translates to "small-pot food", and is a dish prepared outdoors. It is traditionally cooked in a round, cast iron, three-legged cauldron called the potjie. The main ingredients are meat and vegetables.
In this video I try to cook potjiekos for the first time with my brand new potjie pot.
