Описание к видео What Makes Hue's Cuisine Unique? A Taste Test of Local Delicacies 🇻🇳

In this vlog, we try the local food of Hue in central Vietnam, as recommended by our friendly guest house owners.

First, we have Cơm Hến, a dish of rice topped with baby clams, herbs, roasted peanuts, crispy pork skin, and served with a flavorful clam broth.

Next up is the famous Bún Bò Huế, a flavorful beef noodle soup with a distinctive spicy and lemongrass-infused broth, typically served with slices of beef, pork, and sometimes pig's knuckles or congealed pig's blood.

Lastly, we sample Bánh Khoái, a crispy rice flour pancake filled with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts, served with a side of fresh herbs and dipping sauce.

And while we're in town, we take a look at the impressive 19th-century Citadel, also known as the Imperial City.
