Welcome back! Today we have a 15 minute Muay Thai bag workout... of mostly kicks :P !

We have 6 x 2 Minute rounds of work with a 30 second break in between.

As you can probably tell it was a SUPER HOT day in Melbourne so this short workout was perfect for me.. :) Happy Training!

R2: Jab - Jab (moving across) - Rear Kick 02:41
R3: Step Off (change stance) - Lead Kick 05:07
R4: Rear Kick - Rear Check - Rear Kick 07:37
R5: Lead Kick - Lead Check - Lead Kick 10:07
R6: Step Up Kick - Step Up - Cross - Kick 12:37
