Hey team!

We are BACK with a Muaythai BAG WORKOUT today! Short, sweet and high intensity 15 minute session - though I think we'll do a longer one next time (what do you guys think?) .. the 45 seconds work and 15 minutes rest felt too quick but a great way to keep the workout intense and focused.

R1 - Jab Cross (change levels for the cross if you want to) 00:23
R2 - Consecutive Punches 01:20
R3 - Double Rear Knees 02:20
R4 - Double Lead Knees 03:20
R5 - Skip Knees 04:22
R6 - Lead Teep 05:20
R7 - Rear Teep 06:20
R8 - Alternating Teeps 07:20
R9 - Rear Kick 08:20
R10 - Switch Kick 09:20
R11 - Rear Check + Kick 10:20
R12 - Lead Check + Switch Kick 11:20
R13 - Double Body Shots 12:20
R14 - Measure Jab to Elbow 13:20
R15 - Multiple Kicks (changing sides every 10 seconds) 14:20

Happy training! We are in lockdown and out of the gym here in Melbourne so hopefully this comes in handy for those who have bags at home :D Or you could have someone hold pads for all these strikes as well!
