Cueing for the Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull (IMTP) Testing

Описание к видео Cueing for the Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull (IMTP) Testing

While it’s common to cue athletes to exert maximum force rapidly during the IMTP to achieve a high rate of force development (RFD), I take a different approach.

Given that RFD tends to show less reliability compared to other measures, I recommend allowing athletes to gradually build up to their maximum output.

This method not only ensures consistency but also enhances the accuracy of the strength assessment.
