In this video I do a hard 10k track session of 5xMile, and follow that up with 6x45 second hill repeats. This was a brutal combo, but I enjoyed it a lot. I needed a workout that would boost my confidence a bit, and this certainly did that for me. I also show a full day in the life including what I eat, my cross training and lift, a sauna session, and some (necessary) George content. I hope you enjoy!
