This video is part 4, of a series, about bar muscle ups. This week's video will tie all the movement points of performance discussed in videos 1 through 3 together into a full movement exercise. The replication of the full bar muscle movement, taking away some of the "weight" of the movement, will allow you to progress and adjust strength needed until you are able to complete a bar muscle up unassisted.
