Eleven Madison Park, Daniel Humm's New York restaurant, is awarded three Michelin stars, making it the first vegan restaurant to get the honor.

This was my most anticipated experience. Completely plant-based menu in very creative ways. We began with a few seasonal cocktails from their menu. Very unique, and I appreciate them using seasonal ingredients.

Chef Daniel Humm's upscale American tasting menus are served in a high-ceilinged art deco venue. The menu is always changing, but it always features inventive and beautifully presented dishes. The service is flawless, and the setting is intimate and elegant. Eleven Madison Park did not really captivate me. The cuisine was adequate but not exceptional. Overall, it's a great restaurant that has been overhyped.
