In this video we are going to chat all about how to have a healthy relationship with exercise and find intuitive and mindful movement. In this video I’ll walk you through an exercise that I call an “exercise audit” that will help you to find joyful movement. This exercise is great whether you’re coming from a background over overexercising or if you have NO exercise routine and feel like you hate it!
