Pudina Lachha Paratha is a delicious, flaky, crispy, and mint-flavored paratha that can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can even pack this paratha in your kid's lunch box.

Pundina Lachha Paratha
Ingredients:

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp Jeera powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger powder or paste
1/4 tsp pepper powder powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup pudina/mint (finely chopped)
water to knead the dough
oil for roasting
Some extra chopped pudina to sprinkle on aata balls
