Mushroom "Gravy"

4 tbsp butter - separated
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups beef stock (beef broth)
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms

In a medium saucepan over medium heat on the griddle, melt 2 tbsp butter, and slowly add flour, mixing until a paste is created. Slowly stir in the beef broth. While the gravy is cooking and thickening, lay 2 more tbsp of butter on the griddle (over med/low heat), and place the mushrooms in the butter. Add salt and pepper. While the mushrooms are sautéing, add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce to the gravy. Once mushrooms are softened, pull from the heat. As the gravy comes to a boil, lower the heat and add the mushrooms. Continue cooking 4-5 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened. Serve and enjoy!
