This 40 minute workout gets full use of the reformer and tower for a total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger. In my workouts, I like to feel the burn and feel like I worked out, so I typically do 15-20 reps and different variations to maximize the burn. This workout warms up the legs with footwork, we use the roll down bar for upper body working the lats, triceps and back, the push thru bar for abs and the platform extender for bonus leg and ab work.
