I honestly wasn't sure what to think of this city when I arrived by night and as a solo traveller, feeling and being safe is something that I think about a lot. I will show you how to get around, the best neighbourhoods to visit to get the best experience in Bogota and how to stay safe.

Then after getting my steps in as always, I will be taking you with me to the oldest restaurant in Bogota for some traditional food – trust me it is the oldest for a reason. This cute, tiny restaurant is definitely worth the hype and the food I had here was delicious, though Hot Chocolate and cheese, took a little bit of convincing. Would you try it?
