In this video i'm going to show you how to reverse sear a steak in a Weber Go Anywhere BBQ!
The Weber Go Anywhere BBQ is such a great portable BBQ, you can grill, smoke or roast in it and you can get heaps of cool accessories for the Weber Go Anywhere BBQ too!

I'll be reverse searing a ribeye steak in the Weber Go Anywhere BBQ, however if you have a nice piece of rump, striploin, T-Bone or any other cuts suitable for reverse searing, you can follow along to this video too!

I'll also take you through how to set up the Weber Go Anywhere BBQ for smoking and then searing too!

You may be wondering how I have a blue coloured Weber Go Anywhere..... Well I got lucky in their limited release so unfortunately I highly doubt you'll find them around anymore. However they are always available in black and do the exact same thing!

For the ribeye steak, also known as scotch fillet, I tied it up to help keep a nice even shape, seasoned it in my Steak Shooter Spicy and Beef Bounce (available on our website), smoked it in the Weber Go Anywhere at around 275F/135c until it reached an internal temperature of 125F/52c which took around 40 minutes, then I rested the steak, got some more charcoal going and finished it with a sear!
The ribeye steak came out AMAZING! However I turned it into a delicious steak sandwich too with some caramelized onions, herb garlic butter, garlic lime aioli, Havarti cheese and rocket.

For the caramelized onions I simply melted down 2 tablespoons of butter on low heat, added 1 thinly sliced brown onion and a pinch of salt. I cooked the onion down, stirring often for around 45 minutes until it was caramelized nicely.
Then for the herb garlic butter I just combined 2 tablespoons of butter, finely grated in 2 cloves of garlic (I know I said minced in during the video) and around a tablespoon worth of finely chopped parsley.
With the garlic it really doesn't matter if its crushed, minced or grated in!
