Hi all
We decided to make Jalapeno poppers which you will normally find as a starter on restaurant menus. These crumbed jalapeno peppers filled with cream cheese make for bite sized flavour bombs that awaken your taste buds at the start of a meal. You can always also have them as an anytime snack!
We then decided to put a bit of our own twist on the jalapeno popper but turning it into a samosa. We added a few ingredients and used the same cream cheese filling and gave it a very distinct Indian flavour!
If you've seen jalapeno popper samosas before please do let us know as this is the first time we've made them but don't rule out the possibility that someone has already tried them before!

Ingredients
400g Jalapeno Peppers
Cream Cheese filling:
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbs plain cream cheese
salt and black pepper to season
sweet chillie sauce
For breading:
flour
milk
breadcrumbs

For the Jalapeno popper samosa:
Cream cheese filling as above (adjust to cream cheese measurement)
2 jalapenos finally diced
1/2 med onion, diced fine
fresh dhania
flour mixed into a paste with water to seal samosas
samosa pur

Serve hot hot from frying as a starter or with a nice cup of tea.
