Hey everyone!

Cat twists are a super helpful fundamental skill on trampoline! Training these will greatly improve your twisting technique and also allow you to get comfortable with double, triple, quadruple twists etc without also having to flip at the same time.

Cat twists are very, very easy to do once you get the hang of them, but they can be quite tricky to learn at first- I struggled with mine for quite a while before it made sense, so I hope this tutorial helps you!
