Resep Bolu Marmer. Bolu jadul satu memiliki keunikan yaitu adanya motif atau corak berwarna cokelat saat dipotong. Tekstur yang padat dan aroma harum dengan rasa manis yang pas, sangat cocok dijadikan teman camilan bersama teh ataupun kopi.

Resep Bolu Marmer (untuk 1 loyang diameter 22 cm)

Bahan:
70 gr margarin
70 gr mentega
70 gr wijsman / hollman
6 butir kuning telur
60 gr gula halus
140 gr tepung protein sedang
30 gr susu bubuk
4 gr baking powder
4 butir putih telur
120 gr gula halus
5 gr cokelat bubuk

Langkah:
1. Kocok mentega, margarin, wijsman, dan gula halus hingga mengembang, masukkan kuning telur satu persatu, kocok lagi hingga mengembang dan berwarna pucat
2. Tambahkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk, dan baking powder yang sudah diayak, aduk satu arah menggunakan balloon whisk atau spatula
3. Kocok putih telur sambil ditambahkan gula halus sedikit demi sedikit, aduk sampai putih telur yang jika diangkat akan membentuk paruh burung
4. Campurkan adonan putih telur kedalam adonan mentega sedikit demi sedikit sampai tercampur rata, tetapi jangan sampai over mixing
5. Tuang ½ adonan kedalam loyang yang sudah diolesi margarin dan tepung, lalu ratakan
6. Campurkan ¼ adonan dengan coklat bubuk, aduk rata lalu masukan ke atas adonan kuning
7. Tuang sisa adonan kuning, diatas adonan coklat, lalu aduk melingkar menggunakan sumpit
8. Panggang dengan suhu 180°C selama 35-40 menit
9. Pastikan kue sudah dingin sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyang

Soft, Family-Favorite Marble Cake Recipe

Old-school sponge cakes is unique due to the brown-colored motives or pattern when they're sliced. The rich texture and fragrant aroma mixed with the right amount of sweetness is great to be eaten with tea or coffee.

Marble Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
70 g margarine
70 g butter
70 g Wijsman / Hollman
6 pc yolks
60 g powdered sugar
140 g all-purpose protein
30 g powdered milk
4 g baking powder
4 pc egg whites
120 g powdered sugar
5 g chocolate powder

Steps:
1. Whip the butter, margarine, Wijsman, and powdered sugar until they expand. Add the yolk in one by one. Whip it again until it expands and pale in color.
2. Add the sifted flour, powdered milk, and baking powder in. Stir in one direction using a balloon whisk or spatula.
3. Whip the egg whites as you add the powdered sugar bit by bit. Whip until the whites form a bird's beak shape.
4. Mix the whites mixture into the butter mixture bit by bit until it's evenly mixed. Do not over-mix.
5. Pour half of the batter into a buttered and floured pan. Even it out.
6. Mix a quarter of the batter with chocolate powder. Mix well and pour on top of the yellow batter.
7. Pour the rest of the yellow batter on top of the chocolate one. Swirl with a chopstick.
8. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
9. Make sure the cake is cooled down before removing it from the pan.
