Sweet potato stem kimchi is similar to spring onion kimchi, but it's slightly sweeter than spring onion kimchi because of natural sweetness from sweet potato stem. It's super easy to make compare to other kimchis. 고구마순김치 in Korean.

[Ingredients]

Sweet potato stem 600g
1/2 Onion
8 Chives

Sauce

Minced garlic 30g
Anchovy sauce 45mL (substitution : soup soy sauce)
Sugar 15g
Onion concentrate 25mL (substitution : oligo syrup)
Chilli powder 60g

Glutinous paste

Water 100mL
Glutinous rice flour 15g
