GBO2: Gaz-L Grau, City Ruins

Gaz-L Grau! The upgraded version of Gaz-L/R. I do think its time to give some Heret- I mean, Zeon Suits some love right?

Gaz-L Grau Is a 550 Raid that plays similar to Gaz-L in 500, You have the option to pick either the Gaz-L Beam saber or Gaz-L Lance for your primary melee weapon, Keep in mind however that you lose your heavy attack and deal less power damage if you pick the Beam saber. In exchange however you gain a faster ready up time, and cool down with the saber. 2.0 seconds instead of 3.0 with the Lance. Both are good so its more of your play style at that point. You get your standard Beam Rifle can charge for a stronger shot. You get 2 types of missiles, 1 standard and 1 fire, both having 6 shots each. The Fire missiles do do Damage over time (DoT) like any other fire weapon that is used in this game. However, you have to be stationary when using them. One of the biggest downsides of this MS, but its a melee type MS like 90% of raids, so thats to be expected.

This Raid sadly is over shadowed by the competition of other raids like X1, Zee zulu, Hazel High Mobility type, and Gaplant. Its not an easy raid to use mostly cause you only got 1 weapon to stun, no follow ups. Your build stun is also trash, relying on your charged shot to stun. The MS above has better build stun and can deal with Most Suits at 550.

Overall this Raid isn't for new players playing raids for the first time, you will get bullied hard most of the time if you make a mistake, the suit isn't exactly tanky either. where X1 and Gaplant can take hits. Zee Zulu gets extra resist to stun when it has melee weapons equipped, and ReGZ is small and can move around with out getting hit as easily, It also has Bio sensor. I like Gaz-L Grau, its fun, but in today's 550 economy its not an easy life playing this MS.

I got lucky in this fight, cause they had a Palace Athene. A Support you never want to bring to City ruins because of its size. Because of said size, i was able to hit it with my melee swings with out having to get closer and closer. It also let my heavy attack reach them much more effectively as well. I don't really use the missiles as much becuase you have to be stationary to use them. so doing BR into Fire missiles if your at range is a good option if you can. This Raid is fun, but im gonna stick to Gaplant to be honest.
