Every hurt yourself deadlifting? In this video I share my top 5 tips on recovering from a back tweak in the gym.

Around 12 weeks ago I hurt my back very badly on a 300kg deadlift attempt at my last powerlifting competition.

I couldn’t stand up or walk for days and was unable to put my shoes or socks on for weeks.

I’ve spent the past 3 months rehabbing and I’m now almost back to normal on squats and deadlifts, training pain free.

Recovery can be a difficult process, both mentally and physically, but I hope that after watching this video you’ll feel far more confident in your journey back to pain free training!
