Strawberry is Acidic with 3.5 pH level
88% acid content in Strawberry is Citric acid
Strawberry is a rich source of VitaminC
Citric fruits cause milk protein to curdle.
Lemon has a pH level of 2.6. Which causes the milk, which has a pH level of 7, to curdle & coagulate quickly.
Strawberries have a pH level of 3.5 which causes the milk to coagulate slower, but the process continues in our digestive system.

When you squeeze lemon in milk, the by-product cottage cheese is made. The process happens outside your tummy, & thus causes no harm. However, if you drink milk & follow with a lemonade, the curdling process happens inside the stomach causing the stomach walls to rupture, & can trigger tummy issues, indigestion, ulcers, internal bleeding disorders, allergies & skin disorders.

Citric acid comprises about 88% of the acid content in strawberries.
Strawberries contain malic acid & ellagic acid, comprising 90%.
Vitamin C & citric acid in strawberries react with milk, causing it to coagulate.
