But it wasn’t all plain sailing – over those eight years, the company battled frequent setbacks: rejections by investors, product malfunctions, technical debt, as well as needing to undergo a huge culture shift in order to break into the US. But with determination and perseverance, Jonathan has been able to grow Aircall to be one of the most prominent phone and communication platforms today used by 15,000 companies worldwide.
