After starting off a bit overcast and chilly, the clouds cleared and the sun came out and it ended up being another hot run around Leeds, back to the previous route but with a little change through the residential roads in the middle.
Managed to keep most miles around the 7:10/mi mark, but wasn't enough to hit the target, the final 2 miles along Kirkstall road were very hard to keep the pace going, but managed to old on for the closing run to the line
Some awesome support from the crowds as usual !
