300g thin sliced beef (불고기용 소고기)
2 tbl. soy sauce (간장)
2 tbl. mirim (미림)
1 tbl. minced garlic (다진마늘)
1 tbl. brown sugar (흑설탕)
1/4 onion puree (갈은 양파)
1/4 pear puree (배즙)
1 tbl. sesame oil (참기름)
black pepper (후추)

Broth:
600g water (boiled with anchovies and kelp) (멸치육수)
0.5 soy sauce (간장)
0.5 fish sauce (멸치액)

Ingredients:
0.5 green onion (대파)
0.5 napa cabbage (양배추)
3 shiitake mushrooms (표고버섯)
85g enoki mushrooms (팽이버섯)
80g oyster mushrooms (느타리버섯)
50g sweet potato noodles (당면)
