1 tbl. brown sugar (흑설탕)
1 tbl. corn syrup (물엿)
1 tbl. minced garlic (다진마늘)
5 tbl. soy sauce (간장)
3 tbl. sesame oil (참기름)
1 tbl. pear puree or pear juice (갈은 배 / 갈아만들 배)
sprinkle of pepper (후추)

Ingredients:
500g thinly sliced beef (불고기용 소고기)
1/2 onion (양파)
100g mushroom (버섯)
1 green onion (대파)
80g carrot (당근)
sesame seeds (참깨)

lettuce (상추)
perilla leaves (깻잎)
pickled radish (쌈무)
garlic (마늘)
ssamjang (쌈장)
