Saturday the 14th September, running the Clumber Park parkrun
242nd parkrun and 159th at Clumber

Was supposed to be taking it easy this time, as I was running in the English National Cross Country Championships, so shouldn't have been going especially fast, tried to hold back and not get too carried away but still ended up with a 20:07
