The Ultimate 20 Minute Heavy Bag Workout Round 6, brought to you by Nate Bower fitness, is another version of my Ultimate 20 Minute Heavy bag Series.

If you have a heavy bag or punching bag, this workout series will push you to the the limit. If you don't have a heavy bag try shadow boxing to this punching bag workout. You'll still sweat and get a solid boxing workout.
Here are your rounds for this boxing workout.

Round 1. 1-Duck left 2-3 Round 2. step-1-2b-step back 2-3-2
Round 3. 4 power shots 2 speed shots
Round 4. Fast hook-fast cross
Round 5. 2 shots outside 2 shots inside
Round 6. Step in 1-2-step back- Step in 2-3-2
Round 7. 1 or a 2 with movement
Round 8. Defend and counter combos
Round 9. 4 power shots 2 speed shots
Round 10. 1-2-3-2 x 6 1,2,3,4,5 punch combo inside
repeat
