This is a Pilates Reformer lower body workout. This workout is a fitness pilates workout, where we perform various lunges and strength exercises on the reformer. It is an over 30 min pilates reformer workout which is great if you are short on time but want to challenge yourself! This is a pilates reformer workout for weight loss, as we challenge ourselves with resistance training, which has been shown to be supportive for weight loss goals. It has many reformer pilates leg exercises, reformer pilates lunge exercises, pilates reformer lower body exercises. This would be appropriate for a pilates reformer workout for athletes, such as a reformer workout for golfers or football players, as it has many strength and stabilizing moves that would benefit sports performance. This is a reformer workout with box and with the ball. This is a cardio reformer workout, as we increase the heartrate through moving quickly.
